Up and coming rapper, Mahd, brings his talents to the mic with his latest track, Lotus; a cover of Hov & Ye’s, Otis. Over much of the last year, the Detroit native has generated quite a buzz on the hip-hop circuit.

His first single, Pretty Ladies — currently available on iTunes — has already swept the airwaves in select markets. However, it’s under-the-radar tracks such as Competition?, which samples Erykah Badu’s Didn’t Cha Know, that display Mahd, the artist.
